We are seeking a manager for a full-time position to perform projects from start to finish and manage client engagements. If you are looking for flexible work-life balance and are a motivated professional looking for a new opportunity then this position might be for you. Our managers oversee a diverse book of business, including small to mid-size private companies as well as not-for-profit and governmental entities. They are the primary point of contact for the client and should be comfortable managing professional relationships. Strong leadership skills are important as our managers are expected to oversee the staff accountants. This position will be expected to manage audits, reviews and compilation engagements. Tax preparation and review experience is a plus, but not required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Active CPA license (no exceptions)
3+ years experience in public accounting
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
In-depth knowledge of compilation, review and audit services for the preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP
Strong technical skills in accounting and auditing, and problem solving and analytical ability

We are seeking a Tax Manager candidate. This individual is responsible for leading and managing multiple engagements to deliver quality services to our clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
Current CPA licensed
3+ years of progressing experience at the tax senior or manager level
Excellent analytical abilities, strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong organizational, communication and management skills
Experience using UltraTax software a plus
Job Responsibilities Include:
In-depth knowledge of preparation and review of federal and state income taxes for individuals, businesses, benefit funds, real estate, and exempt organizations

Provide accounting and bookkeeping services to clients including such things as determining required adjusting journal entries and calculating depreciation
Perform compilation, review and audit services for the preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP
We are seeking an EXPERIENCED full-charge bookkeeper who is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a quick-learner with a great attitude. You will work independently with clients both in our offices and at client locations providing services in all areas of bookkeeping from payroll to property taxes, from journal entries to bank reconciliations and from 1099s to financial statements.You will also work as a team with other staff and accountants to help meet the needs of our clients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Thorough and in-depth knowledge with three to five years experience as a full-charge bookkeeper
Knowledge of quarterly and year-end payroll preparation and reporting requirements
Familiar with 1099 regulations and preparation of County Business Property Statements
Sales Tax calculations and reporting requirements
Must have a thorough knowledge of QuickBooks software, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and UltraTax a plus
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
General ledger account analysis
Preparation of financial statements
Analysis of all general ledger accounts to determine and verify correct postings
Determine required journal entries
Year-end closings
Reconcile balance sheet accounts
Bank reconciliations
Maintenance of depreciation records
Prospective candidates must pass a background check and an accounting/bookkeeper proficiency exam.
