Profile of Patrick D. Hanly, CPA, M.B.A. - Partner.

Pat is a native of Shasta County and was raised in Anderson, California. He spent over five years in the United States Navy. He enjoys playing golf, fishing, and watching his son play baseball.

Pat is a graduate of Shasta College with an Associate of Arts degree, San Diego State with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Golden Gate University with a Masters in Business Administration in Taxation. Prior to joining the firm Pat had his own tax practice for ten years.

With over twenty years experience in the taxation field, which includes tax planning and preparation for all types of entities, including corporations, partnerships, estates and trusts, he is a vital part of the growth of the taxation component of the organization. Pat was promoted to partner at D. H. Scott & Company in 1997.

Pat is currently serving as treasurer of the Anderson Rotary, which is involved in a variety of community projects. He coached youth baseball and youth soccer for over eight years in the Anderson area, and spent one year coaching Pop Warner football. His interest in sports and commitment to youth is evident in all facets of his life.
